  • Sim Cards and e-sim: You can find this service at the airport or purchase a sim-card at the convenience store (popular service center you can find KT, SK telecom)

  • Currency: The currency in Korea is the Korean won. You can exchange money at banks or currency exchange booths, or withdraw money from ATMs. The average commission on withdrawals in South Korea for international tourists is around 3%. However, this can vary depending on the bank and the ATM. There are a few banks in South Korea that do not charge commissions on withdrawals for international tourists. These banks include Citibank Korea & Standard Chartered Bank Korea. In addition, it is also important to check the ATM withdrawal limit for international tourists. Some banks may have a daily or monthly limit on the amount of money you can withdraw.
